Inviting researchers to subprojects from the project page
Navigate to the intended active project with your subproject of interest.
Click on the 3 dots of the subproject of interest on the top right of the subproject card and click on ‘Settings’ in the dropdown.
The subproject settings panel should appear and by default be on the ‘Details’ tab.
Click the ‘Researchers’ tab and the settings panel should appear as shown:
Click ‘Invite’ next to the user’s name to invite them as a researcher, or click ‘Remove’ to remove researchers.
Inviting researchers to subprojects from the subproject page
Navigate to the subproject of interest by clicking on the subproject card.
You should see an ‘invite user’ icon on the top right page, next to the share button. Click on the ‘invite user’ icon.
The dropdown for inviting researchers should appear as shown.
Click the Invite button to assign researchers, or the remove button to remove researchers
Inviting researchers to subprojects from the Experiment page
On the overview tab (if you are not on overview, click the overview tab), click the ‘inviting user’ icon under the Assignees section.
You can assign users to the experiment by clicking on the ‘Invite’ next to the user’s name or ‘Remove’ to remove the assignee.
